Oliver Timm was born in 1971 in Mainz, Germany. After studying Economics at Gerhard Mercator University in Duisburg, Germany, he began his professional career at Tommy Hilfiger in 1998, where he held various positions. Amongst others, he was substantially involved in launching the American brand on the European market. In 2005 he was appointed Managing Director of Tommy Hilfiger Germany. The brand has been part of the Phillips-Van Heusen (PVH) Corporation since 2010.

In the course of the integration of the Calvin Klein brand into PVH, Oliver Timm was named President of Regional Management Germany and Russia for the brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in 2014. Later that year, he was appointed President of PVH Europe and, two years later, Chief Commercial Officer PVH Europe. In this role, he was responsible for Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and the PVH Heritage Brands in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, maintaining a strong focus on digitalization.

In January 2021, Oliver Timm became a member of the HUGO BOSS AG Managing Board, and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2024.

Oliver Timm lives with his wife and two sons in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Yves Müller

Yves Müller has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Labour Relations since 2017. He, additionally, took over the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2022. He is responsible for Business Planning & Analysis, Finance and Tax, Internal Audit, Central Services, IT, Investor Relations, Risk and Insurance Management, Legal/Compliance and HR. In June 2022, he also assumed the responsibility for Own Manufacturing and Sourcing, Sustainability and Quality Management as well as Global Logistics.
